Auntie Anne's in Belvidere, IL is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold brand standards. You will ensure fast, friendly service, accurate order fulfillment, and robust store operations in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 1+ years of food service, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic service.
• Lead shifts, provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products per brand recipes.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and shift execution.
• Monitor shift productivity and performance.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
