Job summary

Auntie Anne's is seeking reliable Team Members to deliver friendly, energetic service and handle baking, cash, and guest interactions across shifts in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will follow brand recipes, ensure accuracy, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while upholding excellent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, and capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced team that values

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out and scheduling procedures.
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to ensure timely arrival.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with strong attention to detail.
• Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job.
• Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect.
