Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction when management is not present.

You will implement restaurant controls, manage cash and inventory, coach staff, and work with the General and Assistant Manager to meet service, operations and financial goals while complying with safety and food handling standards.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capability to obtain certification.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
