Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during shifts. You will be accountable for operations in the absence of management and must uphold service standards throughout each shift.

You will lead training, manage cash controls and inventory, and drive performance toward service and financial goals while maintaining safety and quality across all restaurant activities.
