Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts and maintain high standards of guest service. You will step in when management is absent, ensure cash and inventory controls, and help drive performance across service and financial metrics.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification required or able to obtain.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
