Shake Shack is hiring for a leadership role to oversee shift operations and guide a team of hourly Team Members. The position focuses on safe, clean, high-quality service and fast, friendly guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality setting.

You will participate in hiring, training, and supporting team members, promoting a positive work environment and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Food safety certification required by local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
