Job summary

Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to blend leadership with great guest experiences in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead the team, ensure food quality and safety, and keep operations running smoothly when leadership is unavailable.

You’ll motivate staff, handle guest concerns, and escalate issues to store leadership as needed, while maintaining positive vibes and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required.
• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Able to stand, bend, and be active throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer).
• Basic math and computer skills (POS systems).
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service or nutrition terms is a bonus.

• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot team, guest, or supplier challenges as they arise.
