Job summary

Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the store during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, motivated staff, and exceptional guest experiences.

As the heartbeat of the store, you’ll uphold food quality, safety, and service standards while handling challenges and maintaining a fun, guest-focused atmosphere. This role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within the Jamba Ohana.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required; 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges—team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Know when to elevate matters to store leadership.
