Job summary

Taco Bell in Primm, NV is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on duty, lead and coach team members, and deliver 5-star service. You will act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC), uphold company standards, and assist with P&L goals.

Requirements include 18+, 6 months–1 year restaurant experience with leadership, English proficiency, health card, SERVSAFE certification, and the ability to pass background checks. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership.
• Must maintain a Health Card per state/local requirements.
• Must read, speak, comprehend and write in English.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and supervise on-duty operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed.
• Develop team leadership through training and feedback.
