Job summary

HMSHost is hiring for a Manager II in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on tactically executing complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant operations, keeping the facility ready for business, staffed, and operating to high standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, supervising associates, enforcing AB policies, interviewing and promoting staff, scheduling, and maintaining safety and wellness compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years of food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures using company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with all beverage policies and AB procedures.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring decisions and recommends promotions.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures safety and wellness guidelines are followed and reports concerns.
