Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, policy documents, and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol policies and AB procedures.
• Assist in hiring decisions, scheduling, and promotions with GM input.
• Place orders and receive goods; manage invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and visually appealing displays.
• Operate cash register and ensure proper cash security.
