Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Manager on Duty to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and to provide exceptional guest hospitality. This role covers various stations as needed and drives adherence to company standards across food quality, safety, and service.

You will also manage schedules, records, and financial reports while ensuring promotions and procedures are followed during each shift.

Qualifications

• Assists the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and covers any station as needed.
• As Manager on Duty, ensures top hospitality and service for guests at all times.
• Ensures compliance with food standards, quality, preparation and production.
• Follows guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintains personnel records, team schedules, and financial/admin reports.
• Ensures dining room, service area and kitchen procedures are followed.
• Ensures shift promotions and marketing plans are presented per company procedures.
• Complies with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Makes decisions on team assignments, purchases, disciplinary actions, and shift operations.
