You will coach a diverse team, manage profitability, and ensure safety, compliance, and excellent product presentation. The role requires strong leadership, retail or hospitality experience, and ServSafe or equivalent certification within 90 days.

Qualifikationen

• This position requires ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, operations management, and financial performance.
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate others and resolve conflicts.

• Lead by example to uphold mission and Four Pillars; develop and empower management teams.
• Deliver exceptional Guest service and maintain store presentation and culture.
• Oversee store operations, labor, inventory, and controllable costs; drive financial performance.
• Analyze sales and expenses; develop action plans to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Ensure safety, compliance with health, sanitation, OSHA, and food safety standards.
