Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our Madison Township, OH location. You will supervise Team Members, ensure strict food safety, manage labor, and uphold Skyline Time service to deliver hospitality and quality.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following policy and procedures.
• Train and reinforce food safety procedures; ensure compliance with health/sanitation regulations.
• Lead Skyline Time service and ensure hospitality at all times.
• Supervise team and supervise food preparation to maintain quality and control costs.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and act when necessary.
• Execute, train and monitor cash control procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for team members.
• Perform production duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
