Skyline Chili, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati, OH to help run daily operations and uphold Skyline Time service. You'll supervise team members, train staff on food safety, and ensure quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities include monitoring labor, cash handling, coaching, and performing production tasks as needed. The role requires 18+ and supervisory experience in a restaurant setting; driving license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following Skyline policy and procedures.
• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures.
• Leads and demonstrates Skyline Time service and ensures hospitality.
• Supervises Team Members and prepares food to ensure quality for guests.
• Follow up with Team Members regarding food preparation and company procedures to minimize costs.
• Monitors labor usage against sales and acts when necessary.
• Executes, trains and monitors proper cash control procedures.
• Ensures proper training for Team Members through established training systems.
• Provides ongoing coaching to Team Members.
• Performs all functions of a production employee when needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or required.
