Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader in the Bellbrook area to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will coach staff, monitor food safety, manage labor costs, and uphold cash controls while maintaining Skyline’s hospitality standard.

Requirements include 18+ years old, 1+ year supervisory restaurant experience, and a valid driver's license with insurance. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years old is required.
• 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following policy and procedures.
• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures for team members.
• Lead service excellence and hospitality to guests.
• Supervise team members and ensure quality food preparation.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and take action as needed.
• Execute cash handling procedures and maintain controls.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
• Perform production duties when needed.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
