Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC in Indiana is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, uphold food safety, and deliver Skyline’s hospitality standards to every guest. You will train and coach Team Members, monitor labor and cash procedures, prepare food to quality specs, and adapt to changing schedules in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe and secure environment by following Skyline policy and procedures.
Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures; ensure compliance with health/sanitation regulations.
Lead and demonstrate Skyline Time service and hospitality.
Supervise Team Members and prepare food to ensure quality and minimize costs.
Monitor labor usage against sales and take action as needed.
Execute and monitor cash control procedures.
Provide ongoing coaching and training for Team Members.
Performs functions of a production employee when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
