Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant teams in delivering consistent hospitality and safe food handling. You will coach colleagues, monitor labor, and ensure quality food preparation and service.

The role requires 1+ year in a restaurant or supervisory setting, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities within Skyline’s service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe environment by following Skyline policy and procedures.
• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures.
• Lead Skyline Time service and hospitality.
• Supervise team members and ensure quality products.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and adjust as needed.
• Execute cash control procedures and training systems.
• Provide ongoing coaching to team members.
