Job summary

Skyline Chili, Eaton, Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will supervise Team Members, model Skyline Time hospitality, and help ensure food safety and quality in a fast-paced dining environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, have 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience, and hold a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance. You must lift up to 50 lb and be able to use kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb. and operate kitchen equipment.
• Possess basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment by following Skyline policy and procedures.
• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures; ensure compliance with health/sanitation regulations.
• Lead and demonstrate Skyline Time service; ensure all employees provide hospitality.
• Supervise team members and prepare food to maintain quality and control costs.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and take action as needed.
• Execute, train and monitor cash control procedures.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members.
• Perform all production employee duties when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
