Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in Albuquerque seeks a Shift Manager to support the management team as Manager on Duty. You will uphold Blake’s standards, supervise crew, and ensure fast, friendly service while controlling costs.

You’ll train staff, monitor food safety, and help run an efficient operation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role reports to the General Manager and offers a path to leadership within our New Mexico brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of restaurant experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule up to 28 hours per week (PT) or 40 hours per week (FT).
• Health codes knowledge and food safety procedures.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the MOD in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Enforce policies and food safety procedures.
• Train and develop crew members for future leadership.
• Manage deposits and cash handling in accordance with policies.
