Blake's Lotaburger in Socorro, NM is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Manager on Duty and lead daily operations. You will ensure fast, friendly service, uphold brand values, and monitor costs to keep the operation profitable.

As a MOD, you will develop the crew, enforce Blake’s policies, uphold food safety, and maintain a clean, safe dining room. This role reports to the General Manager and offers growth for a service-driven leader.

Responsibilities

• Know and embody the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Blake’s Lotaburger – KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS
• Provide an outstanding customer experience for every Blake’s Lotaburger guest
• Demonstrate the highest level of customer service by being polite and kind to customers, especially when addressing complaints
• Ensure proper preparation of each menu item following the correct process every time. Never walk past a mistake
• Develop exceptional leadership skills to motivate crew members to perform all job duties with the customer in mind
• Possess expert knowledge of Blake’s Lotaburger General Employee Policies & Procedures and Book 1 Policies & Procedures
• Ensure that all crew members comply with Blake’s Lotaburger Policies & Procedures. Report any policy violation to the General Manager for follow-up
• Ensure that the kitchen always operates in compliance with all applicable food safety laws
• Ensure that the store safe is always secure. The safe must be closed if not in immediate use
• Document all deposits per Book 1 cash handling policies and ensuring that other designated managers are doing the same. Report any deposit discrepancies to the General Manager immediately
