Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking a Shift Manager to assist the management team as Manager on Duty. You will oversee restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, and maintain profitability through cost control.

You may also perform crew duties when not MOD, uphold food safety and cleanliness, and lead a team toward delivering high-quality meals in a clean, sanitary environment. Reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during scheduled shifts as Manager on Duty (MOD)
• Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability through cost and labor controls
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and handle complaints politely and effectively
• Ensure proper preparation of each menu item following Blake’s Lotaburger standards
• Develop leadership skills to motivate crew members to perform duties with the customer in mind
• Adhere to Blake’s Lotaburger policies and procedures and report violations to the General Manager
• Ensure kitchen operations comply with food safety laws and store security protocols
• Document deposits per cash handling policies and report discrepancies to the General Manager
