Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico seeks a Shift Manager to support the management team, supervise operations when on duty, and deliver fast, courteous service in a clean, safe environment.

You’ll uphold Blake’s policies, manage food and labor costs, train crew, and help ensure quality and customer satisfaction while following health codes and safety standards. Flexible schedule, competitive wage, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; at least six months restaurant experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule up to 28 hours/week PT or 40 hours/week FT.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in daily restaurant operations as MOD.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve complaints politely.
• Monitor food and labor costs to maintain profitability.
• Train and develop crew members; enforce policies.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory and cash handling per policy.
