Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts.

As Shift Manager, you’ll have full accountability for operations when management isn’t present, lead training and coaching, and drive service, operational controls and financial results using AES systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
• Maintain restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.
