The role leads the shift team, directing crew, assigning positions, and managing floor operations across drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, and mobile orders to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while upholding

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safety, efficiency and brand alignment.
Direct crew, assign positions and manage floor operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences across drive-thru, counter, kiosk, mobile, and curbside.
Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality and hospitality to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Enforce food safety procedures, handwashing, time/temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
Manage labor deployment to support sales while controlling costs; monitor waste and protect company assets via cash-handling procedures.
Train and coach crew on procedures, service behaviors and brand standards; provide real-time feedback and address performance gaps.
Communicate with General Manager and leadership on shift performance, staffing, equipment issues and customer concerns; document incidents and resolve complaints.
