Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed execution of operational tasks including food prep, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure consistent, exceptional service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Drive sales and achieve financial targets through strategic execution.
• Monitor inventory to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and leadership to improve processes.
