As MIC, you will ensure adherence to company policies, contribute to training, and help achieve financial goals while maintaining safety standards. Must be 18+, English proficient, and pass background checks, with SERVSAFE certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership across shifts.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and SERVSAFE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members; ensure duties are completed on time.
• Develop team through training and constructive feedback for leadership roles.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies and standards.
• Assist upper management with achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Communicate issues to upper leadership in a timely manner.
