Job summary

Amplertacos, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead shifts, uphold Taco Bell standards, and own day-to-day operations. You will drive performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the management team.

You will mentor and coach Team Members, ensure safe food handling, and maintain a welcoming restaurant environment. This role requires ownership, problem solving, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast‑food or quick‑service management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.
• Lead team members to complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.

Job description

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
