You will create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed

• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact

• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper managementMaintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
• Cover the shifts of absent employees

Qualifications
