6AM City, LLC is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our restaurant team in Maryland. You will supervise staff, open and/or close the restaurant on assigned days, and oversee operational performance during your shift.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. You will train employees, handle customer issues, and ensure health and safety standards are met while maintaining inventory and reports for management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous food service experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software.
