Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, focusing on guest experience, food quality, and cleanliness. You will manage scheduling, supervise staff, and ensure equipment works properly during shifts.

You will cascade training to Sandwich Artists, monitor inventory, perform paperwork, and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards across the store. This role offers flexible day/evening/weekend shifts at Massachusetts locations.

Qualifications

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
