Job summary

MOD Pizza in Bothell, WA is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD’s standards. You will guide the squad, ensure guest experiences, and help drive smooth daily operations.

You will lead by example, provide feedback, and support program rollouts while staying flexible to the needs of the restaurant. This role requires at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification required within 30 days.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and deploys to support guests.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and catering.
• Use MOD tools and standards to keep food safe in Back of House and Front of House.
• Listen to and resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Review emails for updates from Slice and other sources for squad efficiency.
