You will model MOD values, train teammates, and ensure every pizza and salad is made to our standards, creating a welcoming experience. Bring at least 1 year of leadership or customer service experience, stay calm under pressure, and motivate frontline staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and service-minded leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep energy high and positive on shift.
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in store tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.
