Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Indianapolis, IN 46268 is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team during peak periods and coverage gaps. Location: 2514 Lake Circle Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46268.

You will lead and coach team members, open/close the restaurant, run mid-shifts, manage labor, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining food quality and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position.
• Completion of Shift Leader certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members; resolve Guest issues during shifts.
• Open and close the restaurant; manage paperwork and shift routines.
• Monitor labor, food quality, and safety; conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Address Guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Perform daily QSC, cash handling, and safety audits.
