The role requires 2+ years of restaurant or retail management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification. You thrive in a high‑energy team environment and lead by example.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years restaurant or retail management.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team—helping build an all-star lineup
• Help execute daily operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas
• Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout—to keep things running strong
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
• Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement
