Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced restaurant leader to oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance and staff development. You will manage the HR function, communicate benefits, drive guest satisfaction and ensure adherence to quality standards while building a positive, high-energy work environment.

Expect to coordinate with Department Managers, conduct weekly meetings, train Managers in Training, and develop individual development plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess the ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members alike.
• Must possess solid skills with basic mathematical computations.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, and experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to travel between units.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and execute the overall business staff plan, ensuring proper staffing levels by each Department Manager to build sales.
• Prepare the manager schedule to ensure proper business coverage according to guidelines.
• Oversee HR functions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Communicate benefits to all Managers and Team Members.
• Provide performance feedback and recognition to managers and staff.
• Ensure turnover and retention targets are met and maintain positive morale.
• Lead development plans and performance improvement actions for managers.
