Qualifications

• Fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team on shift, assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Deploy staff to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout the shift.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Keep guests as the highest priority and model exceptional guest service.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests' needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to systems and processes to control labor and food costs.
• Monitor team performance to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Follow policies related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
