Job summary

Freddy’s is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Operations team in Espanola, NM. The role focuses on coaching Team Members, ensuring shift execution meets Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness standards, and supporting a positive work environment.

You will lead by example, monitor service, and uphold Freddy’s brand culture across all shifts. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of leadership experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to manage time and safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Must pass a background check and ERC required training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure that Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set the example for team members through a positive attitude and hospitality.
• Leading shift operations, monitoring food preparation and service, and upholding Freddy’s brand standards.
