Freddy’s is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily shift operations at our Birmingham area locations. You will coach team members, maintain Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness, and ensure top-notch guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must pass a background check and ERC required training.
• Must be able to pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure that Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set the example for team members through a positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve Freddy’s steakburgers and custard.
• Uphold attendance, policy and procedures with the team on shift.
• Coach and train team members on shift and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and report hazards or injuries.
• Collaborate with teammates on training, evaluating, and motivating staff.
• Support coworkers with dignity and respect on every shift.
• Lead on shift during operations progress and customer service excellence.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
