Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for long periods
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Time management to meet deadlines
• Follow all food safety and sanitation expectations
• Pass a background check and ERC training
• Pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to uphold Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set a positive example for the team.
• Prepare and serve Freddy’s steakburgers and custard.
• Maintain attendance, policies, and procedures on shift.
• Uphold the three pillars of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Coach and assist team members to deliver great guest service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Follow company safety policies; report hazards or injuries.
• Train, evaluate, counsel, and motivate team members.
• Treat coworkers with dignity and respect; support across shifts.
• Lead by example and train others on all shifts.
• Support strategies for operations progress, sales growth, and retention.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
