Job summary

Freddy’s is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, coach team members, and uphold our hospitality and quality standards. You will lead by example, ensure guest satisfaction, and support restaurant leadership in executing brand promises.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership experience, ability to manage time and prioritize tasks, and a commitment to food safety and teamwork. This is a hands-on, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Time management to meet deadlines.
• Must follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Pass background check and ERC training.
• Must pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to uphold Freddy’s Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional guest service and lead by example.
• Oversee shift operations, ensuring accuracy and hospitality.
• Coach and support Team Members; develop a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Train, evaluate, and motivate team members on all shifts.
• Support strategies to drive operations, sales growth, and team retention.
