Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Background check and ERC required training.
• Must be able to pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to uphold Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional guest service and model a positive attitude.
• Preparing and serving high-quality steakburgers and custard.
• Uphold attendance, policy and procedures on shift.
• Lead by example with dignity and respect for team members.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members; support operations progress.
