Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to manage store operations during shifts, acting as the in-charge when a senior leader is not present. You will coach staff on service excellence, oversee cash handling, safety, and vendor relations while driving sales and store standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment. Training and safety certifications are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as Person in Charge when senior leadership is absent and oversee shift operations.
• Perform shift tasks including POS transactions and adherence to cash controls.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and protect assets.
• Drive 24/7 execution of food service programs and maintain high food quality and store cleanliness.
• Complete store side work and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Uphold Royal Farms mission and brand standards; perform other duties as assigned.
