Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee all store operations during on-duty hours and act as the Person in Charge in the absence of a senior manager. You will guide team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales and safety goals.

You will coach staff in service excellence, maintain product availability, and ensure compliance with policies while coordinating with management on improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
