Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to manage store operations during shifts, acting as the Person in Charge when a senior leader is absent. You will support management in customer service, product availability, and food service execution while ensuring safety and brand standards.

The role requires supervising a team, maintaining cash controls, and upholding store appearance and policy compliance to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations on shift as Person in Charge in absence of a more senior leader.
• Manage POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash control adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain food and beverage execution, quality, and store cleanliness.
• Lead and develop team members to deliver consistent, friendly service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
