Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handles returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, signing, and visual displays to support store operations.
