Job summary

Famous Dave's in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in overseeing restaurant operations and staff during an assigned shift, ensuring adherence to recipes, procedures, quality, and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise employees, follow policies, maintain cleanliness, and resolve guest issues, while developing team members and contributing to sales, labor, and cost control.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance is required.
• Successful completion of required training and on-the-job checklists and required quizzes including annual re-certification.
• NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred.
