Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

• Ensures customer satisfaction across all dining experiences.
• Handles customer concerns in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
• Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Estimates food and beverage costs and manages inventory purchases.
• Maintains sales records and cash receipts; prepares reports for regional manager.
• Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus.
• Schedules, inspections, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
