Qualifications

• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Ensures team members carry out assigned tasks.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for staff to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Performs opening/closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follows proper product preparation procedures for all menu items.
• Handles receiving, storage, and rotation of food products.
• Maintains professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
• Ensures on-time attendance for shifts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
