Church's Chicken is seeking a capable Shift Leader to guide Team Members on shift, coaching them to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure compliance with Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures and lead daily operations with a focus on service, quality, and safety.

You will monitor cash handling, payroll, and paperwork accuracy, and you will demonstrate proper leadership behaviors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and develops Team Members on shift to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Oversees opening and closing duties and Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Enforces safety and security policies and cash handling procedures.
• Maintains professional leadership and ensures on-time attendance for shifts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
